Willhaus Living is opening Fall 2026, and we’re welcoming families to tour now before we open our doors.
That’s intentional. We know that decisions like this one take time. Coming early means you have the chance to ask every question, see the space without the pressure of an immediate need, and make a considered choice for your family rather than a reactive one. Many families who tour now are beginning to plan for care their loved one will need in the coming months and having a clear picture of their options gives them real peace of mind.
During your tour, you’ll see the full home from the private suites and patios and the common areas where meals are shared and community happens to the salon and the five oak-shaded acres of grounds that give Willhaus its distinctive, residential warmth. You’ll understand, in a way no brochure can convey, why families feel the difference the moment they walk through the door.
What Happens During a Tour
Every tour at Willhaus is a genuine conversation not a presentation you sit through, not a sales pitch, and not a checklist of amenities rattled off in a hallway.
Who you’ll meet.
You’ll meet members of our founding team and leadership, the people who are building this home from the ground up. Because Willhaus is founder-led and boutique by design, you’re not meeting a rotating cast of admissions staff. You’re meeting people who are genuinely invested in the families who choose this community.
What you’ll see.
You’ll walk through the home at a comfortable pace, exploring the private suites, the communal dining area, the salon, and the outdoor grounds. We’ll show you what a day at Willhaus looks and feels like from morning light through the windows to the texture of mealtimes, activities, and rest.

Willhaus Living has 16 private rooms, and we expect interest to be significant as we approach our Fall 2026 opening. Here’s what you should know about how placement works.

Families who have toured and are ready to move forward can reserve a room ahead of our opening. This gives you the security of a confirmed place without the pressure of immediate transition. Our team will walk you through what that process looks like.
Timeline expectations.
For families who aren’t ready to commit but want to stay informed, we encourage you to stay in touch. We’ll keep you updated on our opening timeline, any availability changes, and anything else that might affect your planning.
Personalized placement.
Every admission at Willhaus begins with a conversation about your loved one’s needs, history, and what matters most to them. We’re not filling rooms. We’re welcoming people into a home and that distinction matters in how we approach every placement.
